The H Club
The H Club is an exclusive membership clinic offered by Dr. Hormozi to serve patients who will benefit from a comprehensive set of non-invasive and minimally invasive treatments throughout the year. The goal of the club is to help patients fight the skin’s aging process and/or extend the results of their surgical procedures and prolong the need for future surgeries whenever possible.

What Are The H Club Membership Levels?
Members of The H Club have an annual membership that is paid on a monthly basis. Dr. Hormozi offers two membership levels for The H Club.
Gold Membership Level
Under your Gold Membership in The H Club, you receive the following each year:
Up to two series of four RF (Pelleve®) skin rejuvenation treatments
Up to two series of Micro-needling, skin rejuvenation treatments
Up to two series of MicroPeel® facial skin resurfacing and rejuvenation treatments
20% off all skin, beauty, and treatment products
One series of ultrasound fat lysis treatments
Additional discretionary VIP benefits customized for the patient
Platinum Membership Level
Under your Platinum Membership in The H Club, you receive the following each year:
Up to four series of Botox® or equivalent injections
Up to four syringes of filler to face (Juvederm®, Radiesse®, or Belotero®)
Up to two series of four RF (Pelleve®) skin rejuvenation treatments
Up to two series of MicroPeel® facial skin resurfacing and rejuvenation treatments
Up to two series of Micro-needling, skin rejuvenation treatments
20% off all skin, beauty, and treatment products
One series of ultrasound fat lysis treatments
$500 credit each consecutive year enrolled in the program toward the following year’s dues or future surgical procedures
Additional discretionary VIP benefits customized for the patient
