Dr. Hormozi graduated cum laude in 1983 from The University of Brussels Medical School, in Brussels, Belgium, one of the top Medical Schools in Europe.
He completed his Ophthalmology residency at Maryland General Hospital, Baltimore, Maryland in 1991.
He completed his fellowship training in Oculoplastics at The University of Texas at Houston Medical School in 1992.
Since 1992, Dr. Hormozi has been in private practice in Baltimore and Towson Maryland, and his exclusive expertise is Oculo-Facial Plastics and Laser Skin Resurfacing.
He is the leading Oculo-Facial Plastic Surgeon in the United States and he gives lectures on and teaches state of the art bladeless radio-surgery nationwide.
Dr. Hormozi also has several publications including, Ocular Trauma, Basic Principles of Eyelid Surgery, and Biopsy Technique for Nasolacrimal Duct Obstruction.
Personal
Dr. Hormozi speaks three languages fluently: English, French, and Farsi. His hobbies include, cooking, gardening, painting, and skiing.
He is described by his patients and colleagues as being the most gentle and compassionate physician.
